PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. BY PURCHASING AND/OR USING THIS TICKET, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.

In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in the Ethiopian Sport Federation in North America (ESFNA) Soccer Tournament and Cultural Festival (the "Event"), I, the ticket holder ("Participant"), on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin, hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that my participation in and attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of property damage, personal injury, or even death, arising from or related to my presence at the Event, including activities such as soccer games, cultural performances, and large crowds. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and accept full responsibility for any and all damages, injuries, or losses I may sustain.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge ESFNA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and the City of Federal Way and its employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, costs, and expenses whatsoever, in law or equity, which I ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall, or may have for, upon, or by reason of any matter, cause, or thing whatsoever arising out of or relating to my participation in or attendance at the Event. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims based on the negligence of the Released Parties.
3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in or attendance at the Event, including any claims brought by third parties due to my actions.
4. Ticket Policies and Event Rules:
   
   1. All sales are final. There are no refunds for any reason.
   2. Entry Requirement: This ticket must be presented along with a valid government-issued photo ID for entry into the Event.
   3. Parking: Parking at Federal Way Memorial Field is managed by school staff. Participants must adhere to all posted signs and instructions regarding designated parking areas. ESFNA is not responsible for any parking-related issues, including a lack of parking availability.
   4. No In-and-Out Privileges (Daily Tickets): Participants holding daily admission tickets will not be permitted re-entry into the Event once they have exited.
5. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Event Waiver and Release of Liability and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by purchasing and/or using this ticket, I am waiving substantial legal rights, and I do so freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me.

TCO Stadium Ticket Terms & Conditions

This ticket is a revocable license that grants a one-time entry into TCO Stadium, including related stadium grounds, plaza, Legends Crossing, parking areas and entry gates (collectively, the "Facility") for the ticketed event ("Event"). The person seeking entry pursuant to this license and any accompanying individuals or minors ("Holder") agrees to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Failure to comply with the Terms shall result in forfeiture of this license without refund and shall entitle Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC ("Vikings"), MV Ventures Management, LLC ("MVV"), or any other event promoter (individually or collectively, "Management") to pursue all legal remedies available.

1. Admission & Search Policy: Admission may be refused or revoked and Holder may be ejected in the sole discretion of Management. Holder and his/her belongings may be searched prior to or following entry. Prohibited items may be confiscated. Holder consents to such searches and waives all claims relating to them. If Holder does not consent to search, or fails to comply with Management policies, Management has the right to deny admission or to eject Holder from the Event. No refund will be provided if Holder is ejected or refused entry due to disorderly conduct or failure to comply with these Terms, any applicable code of conduct, or any security policies.
2. Event Date & Ticket Integrity: The date and time of the Event are subject to change, and no such change shall entitle Holder to a refund or any other remedy if Holder cannot attend for any reason. Management shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated or counterfeit tickets, and may refuse to honor such tickets. This ticket may not be used in connection with any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, without limitation, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming activities.
3. Content & Recording Restrictions: Holder shall not create, transmit, display, distribute, exploit, misappropriate or sell (1) any form, description, or account (whether text, data, or visual) of the Event or related events for any commercial or non-personal purpose; (2) any photographs, images, videos, audio, or reproduction of any portion of the Event or related events for any commercial or non-personal purpose; or (3) livestreams of any portion of the Event or related events.
4. Image & Likeness Grant: Holder hereby grants to Management, Affiliates, and their respective sponsors, licensees, advertisers, broadcasters, designees, partners, and agents the right to use, publish, distribute, edit, modify, and/or alter Holder's image, likeness, voice, actions and statements in any medium now or hereafter existing, including, without limitation, any audio, video, film, photographs, social media, exhibition, transmission, publication or reproduction of the Event for any purpose without further authorization or compensation, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use.
5. Assumption of Risk: Holder voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers incident to the Event and any related events, including the risk of personal injury (including death), the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, or lost, stolen, or damaged property, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused.
6. Waiver & Release of Liability: On behalf of Holder and Holder's Related Persons (Holder's heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone attending the Event with Holder, and other persons acting or purporting to act on Holder's or their behalf), Holder waives and releases (and covenants not to sue) each of the Released Parties — which include Management, Affiliates, the National Football League and its member clubs, owners and lessees of the Viking Lakes campus, and third parties performing services at the Event — with respect to any and all claims arising out of or relating to (i) Holder's exposure to communicable diseases; (ii) Holder's entry into, or presence within or around, the Event; or (iii) any interaction between Holder and any Released Parties' personnel.
7. Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holder agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims arising out of or related to the acts, omissions, or negligence of Holder, his or her guests, agents, or invitees arising out of or related to the Event, regardless of where such claims arise.
8. Limitation of Liability & Arbitration: IN NO EVENT SHALL MANAGEMENT OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS TICKET OR THE EVENT SHALL BE RESOLVED BY CONFIDENTIAL BINDING ARBITRATION IN MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA. HOLDER AND MANAGEMENT AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. HOLDER HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A COURT OR JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION. THIS CLAUSE IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT.
9. Communicable Disease: AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE EXISTS IN ANY PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT. BY ENTERING THE FACILITY AND VIKING LAKES CAMPUS, HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE.
   1. Stay-at-Home: Holder agrees that neither Holder, nor anyone in Holder's party, will attend the Event if within the prior 14 days Holder (or any person in Holder's party) has tested positive for, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for, COVID-19, or travelled to any state or international territory subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19; or if within the prior 48 hours Holder (or any person in Holder's party) has experienced symptoms of COVID-19.
   2. Ticket Pod Integrity: Holder agrees that Holder will not sell, transfer or otherwise provide any of Holder's Event tickets to anyone other than family with whom Holder has been sheltering (or other trusted acquaintances), unless Holder is selling, transferring or otherwise providing all tickets to one party.

By proceeding with the purchase of this ticket, I acknowledge my agreement to all terms and conditions stated in this waiver.
